Weekend lie-ins may lower high blood pressure, say experts
A new study suggests getting one to two hours of extra sleep at the weekend could reduce your risk of high blood pressure. Experts previously warned against lie-ins, but this research found that 1 hour and 27 minutes of extra sleep was ideal. Dr Nawon Lee said people shouldn't feel guilty, as it helps the body recover from stress.
