Warner Bros considers Paramount bid over Netflix $83bn deal
Warner Bros is considering a new offer from Paramount Skydance for its operations. This follows Netflix's $82.7bn deal to buy the studio and streaming assets. Netflix's chief executive states their bid fosters industry growth by adding new entities. He also suggested Paramount's plan could involve cuts of $6bn. Warner Bros will allow Netflix to make a counter offer.
