Visa just bought anti-fraud tech firm BioCatch for $2.4 billion

Visa revealed on Monday a $2.4 billion all-cash deal to purchase BioCatch, acquiring the business from Permira, a private equity firm, alongside other backers. The deal will bring in BioCatch, a cybersecurity firm that tracks how people use their devices to spot account takeovers and scams.
