Merseyside Police is reviewing a video that appears to show one of its officers punching a teenage boy three times while holding metal handcuffs in Speke, Liverpool. Officers had been called on Friday, known locally as Mischief Night, to reports of about 20 youths blocking roads, throwing fireworks and smashing windows. A complaint was made on Saturday and professional standards officers are now examining it.
