Trump claims US now controls Venezuela's 65 billion barrels of oil

Donald Trump announced on Friday that the US has secured majority control of over 65 billion barrels of Venezuelan oil, calling it "THE BIGGEST OIL DEAL IN WORLD HISTORY". He asserted this agreement, involving interim Venezuelan President Delcy Rodríguez, would incur no cost for American taxpayers.
