US reviews Europe troops, allies face security test

America is reviewing its military presence in Europe, pushing NATO allies to take more responsibility for their own defence. U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth announced the six-month Pentagon review on Thursday in Brussels, criticising some allies for not supporting Washington.
