US Judge dismisses X's advertiser boycott lawsuit

X Corp will not recover lost advertising revenue from a group of major companies. US District Judge Jane Boyle dismissed X Corp's 2024 lawsuit on Thursday, in federal court in Dallas. The platform had accused firms including Mars, CVS Health and Colgate-Palmolive of an illegal boycott. Boyle ruled X failed to prove harm under federal antitrust laws, concluding no valid antitrust claim existed.
