United States could host 2038 World Cup after huge revenue success

The United States is a strong contender to host the 2038 World Cup, with FIFA actively encouraging a bid. FIFA now expects to generate $15 billion over the present four-year period, up from an earlier estimate of $11 billion. Strong ticketing and hospitality sales in the US make another US World Cup a strong possibility.
