UK's third-biggest taxpayer Chris Rokos is moving to Greece

An Athens office is planned by hedge fund billionaire Chris Rokos, whose tax payment last year amounted to £330m. Wealthy foreigners in Greece can benefit from an annual tax payment of €100,000 (£86,000) that covers all their income from abroad. Rokos additionally gave £190m to Cambridge University in March; this was the largest individual gift ever received by a UK university.
