Ukraine drone strikes killed eight people at Russian energy and military sites

President Volodymyr Zelensky called the long-range raids necessary sanctions against facilities funding Moscow's military campaign. Russian officials stated that eight people died across several regions during the drone strikes. Meanwhile, Russian forces launched their own overnight attacks targeting Ukrainian ports and vessels in the Black Sea.
