UK weather turns milder this week with rain expected from Saturday

After a scorching start to July with temperatures over 30C, milder weather is set to arrive this week. The Met Office forecast dry, fine days for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, but rain is likely to spread across the UK from Saturday. Temperatures are expected to be around or higher than average, with the possibility of becoming very warm again by early August.
