UK temperatures to drop before possible sixth heatwave next week

Temperatures are set to fall across the UK in the coming days, ending the latest heatwave in parts of southern and eastern England. The temperature change follows Tuesday seeing the UK's 34th day over 30C this year, equalling the 1995 record. Forecasts suggest a sixth heatwave could develop, with some south-east areas possibly reaching over 30C again.
