UK now biggest loser from Trump's new 15% global tariff

The UK faces the largest export cost increase of any country following the US Supreme Court's ruling striking down Trump's earlier tariffs, according to Global Trade Alert. Britain had previously benefited from a preferential 10% rate under a trade deal negotiated by Peter Mandelson. The new flat 15% tariff applied to all countries from 24 February removes that advantage. Italy and Singapore are also among the biggest losers, while Brazil, China and India stand to benefit most from the change.
