UK Military Rank Drops to 13th in Nato List

Britain's standing in NATO's official defence rankings has fallen sharply to 13th place, with its spending increases lagging behind allies. NATO's latest Annual Report shows the UK now ranks 26th out of 32 member nations for increases in defence expenditure. The crucial Defence Investment Plan, which translates strategy into funded commitments, has also been delayed by six months.
