UK gets cooler, wet, windy weather this week

Following a warm Sunday, low pressure systems are forecast to cause a period of rain and strong winds, particularly affecting the northern UK. Many parts of England and Wales will experience a drop in temperature, and northern and western Scotland could see wind speeds reaching 50-60mph. By midweek, the weather will become more settled with some sunshine and lighter winds for most.
