UK firms can sue Google over 'abusive' ad costs

The Competition Appeal Tribunal, a specialist UK court, threw out the tech giant's attempt to stop the class action on Wednesday. The legal claim also accuses the search engine of unfairly controlling mobile operating systems and how phone apps get distributed.
