Uber launches London's first robotaxis with safety drivers

Uber has started offering self-driving minicab rides in London, making it the first company to launch robotaxis in the UK. Initially, 15 autonomous vehicles are operating, each with a human safety driver ready to take control if needed. The Ford Mustang electric cars use AI technology from UK firm Wayve to navigate busy city streets.
