Airbus reverses office mandate after staff strikes across Europe
Chief executive Guillaume Faury originally wanted employees at their desks four days a week starting this September to help build new aircraft. However, workers in the UK, France and Spain walked out in recent months to fight the strict return-to-office mandate. The aeroplane manufacturer has now instructed managers to let people continue working remotely for an average of two days.
