Nottingham Forest has agreed a club record £50m deal to buy 23-year-old Liam Delap from Chelsea. Chelsea, who paid £30m for Delap last summer, are also in talks with Aston Villa about selling Nicolas Jackson for £65m. Villa is targeting Jackson as a replacement for Ollie Watkins, who is anticipated to move to the Saudi Pro League.
