Typhoon Fung wong forces mass evacuation in Philippines
On Sunday night, Super Typhoon Fung-wong hit the northeast Philippines, resulting in at least two fatalities and prompting more than 916,000 people to leave at-risk zones. With winds reaching 185 km/h, the storm disrupted power supplies in eastern provinces and led to hundreds of flight cancellations.
