Two workers rescued alive from Nepal flood tunnel after nine days

Sanjay Shah and Kabir Maharjan were pulled from 170 metres deep inside the Trishuli 3A hydropower tunnel on Friday. They were among hundreds of workers believed to be trapped after flash floods hit last week, triggered by a melting glacier. Officials remain hopeful more people will be rescued from air pockets in other tunnels.
