Two dead, 81 hurt in Bolivia military barracks explosion

At least two people died and 81 were injured following a blast at a military barracks in Viacha, Bolivia; officials anticipate the death toll will rise. Pyrotechnic material detonated at the barracks on Friday at about 2:30 PM local time. Seven people are still missing and dozens of nearby homes were damaged by the blast.
