Trump's Gaza peace board seeks legal immunity

This proposed immunity would cover members and forces involved in the UN-sanctioned body, including those working in Gaza. Donald Trump's Board of Peace, which he chairs, drafted the resolution in June 2026. The proposal further enables the organization to acquire government-owned land in Gaza without cost.
