Trump says Elon Musk has restored Ukraine's access to Starlink after restrictions slowed the satellite network its military relies on to fly drones. The Wall Street Journal reported Trump phoned Musk to ask for the limits to be lifted, which Trump would not confirm, saying only 'he put it back'. Volodymyr Zelensky said speeds were not yet fully restored. Musk previously denied causing the slowdown.
