Trump extends Iran ceasefire
The clock that was set to run out tomorrow just got reset, pulling the world back from the edge of fresh bombing. Donald Trump has extended the US ceasefire with Iran after what he called a “seriously fractured” government in Tehran, saying he acted at the request of Pakistan’s Field Marshal Asim Munir and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. The truce will hold until Iran’s leaders produce a unified proposal to end the war.
