Trump blames Obama, Biden for Reflecting Pool algae

Donald Trump is again blaming others for issues with his Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool renovations, this time for an algae outbreak. He claimed former Presidents Barack Obama and Joe Biden spent millions trying to fix it, but he "got rid of the algae, which they put in." Trump's renovations have exceeded $16 million, far more than his initial $1.5 million estimate.
