Tottenham will pay Manchester City £75m for winger Savinho

Tottenham have sealed a deal worth £75 million with Manchester City to bring in Brazilian winger Savinho. The 22-year-old is set to undergo a medical examination ahead of committing to a long-term contract. Savinho's transfer pushes Tottenham's summer spending beyond £300 million, though they have recouped about £140 million from player sales.
