The deal ending the US-Iran war is buckling after three weeks, with oil up 5% and each side blaming the other. Trump said at Wednesday's NATO summit the ceasefire is over for him, after tanker attacks, US strikes on 80-plus targets and Iranian hits on Gulf bases. Iran says core parts of the deal are now 'ineffective', though Trump said negotiators can keep talking.
