Thirlwall report won't settle Lucy Letby debate, says judge
Lady Justice Thirlwall, the judge leading the inquiry, states her report won't examine Lucy Letby's guilt or innocence. Its remit is to investigate how Letby committed her crimes and whether managers at Countess of Chester Hospital responded correctly. However, the Criminal Cases Review Commission will review the report for any bearing on Letby's case.
