Tens of thousands get new one-minute cancer jab
Thousands of cancer patients will now receive a quick, one-minute injection, replacing a two-hour intravenous hospital infusion. The NHS has rolled out this new immunotherapy jab, known as pembrolizumab, for tens of thousands of people across England. This treatment, given every three weeks, is set to help individuals battling 14 different types of cancer.
