Streeting plans new North Sea oil, 20,000 experts

A potential Labour leader wants new North Sea oil and gas, planning to use the tax money to cut energy bills. Wes Streeting, the former health secretary, also plans to bring 20,000 world-leading scientists and experts to Britain over three years. He says this global talent programme, housed in No 10, would have a £250m budget.
