Stokes dropped, Root captains England for second Test

England's captain Ben Stokes is out of the squad for the second Test against New Zealand after a nightclub incident. Joe Root, who led England in a record 64 Tests before, will now take over as interim captain at The Oval. Stokes and Gus Atkinson were dropped for breaking a midnight curfew, and the ECB's investigation is still ongoing.
