Sterling holds firm as traders watch Iran

Currency traders saw little change in sterling as attention stayed on hopes for an end to fighting involving the United States and Iran. On Wednesday, Iran's Revolutionary Guards said they launched missiles and drones at U.S. bases in Jordan, Kuwait and Bahrain after American strikes near the Strait of Hormuz. Sterling traded at $1.3393, up 0.13% against the dollar.
