Starmer weighing future after Burnham by-election win

Andy Burnham's by-election win has put pressure on Sir Keir Starmer to consider his political future. His cabinet ally, Peter Kyle, the Business Secretary, said on Sunday that Starmer is now reflecting on current 'political realities'.
