St Pancras evacuated after controlled explosion on unattended car

St Pancras International station was evacuated on Tuesday after police carried out a controlled explosion on an unattended car. The Metropolitan Police confirmed the incident was later deemed non-suspicious, but it caused delays for Eurostar and East Midlands Railway services. Normal operations at the station resumed within about 15 minutes after customers were told it was safe to re-enter.
