SpaceX to buy AI coding startup Cursor, may drop its name
The acquisition of AI coding startup Cursor by SpaceX is expected to finalise in the coming days, and the Cursor brand name will probably be discontinued. The company might rename Cursor's upcoming general-purpose agent to "Grok Bot" after SpaceX's AI chatbot. Elon Musk, CEO of SpaceX, stated that the agreement has overcome "almost all" regulatory obstacles and is anticipated to conclude "quite soon."
