South Korea gives all citizens free unlimited AI access

South Korea is the first national government to treat advanced AI access as a public service, with a beta opening this month. The Ministry of Science and ICT chose three consortia, including major telecom operators and Kakao, to run the "AI for All" program. The government is supplying 512 Nvidia B200s and covering some running costs, aiming for 80% domestic model usage.
