Sheffield police detain 7 on murder suspicion after newborn baby girl dies
Police were called to a property in the Wincobank area of Sheffield on Sunday morning after concerns were raised for a newborn baby's safety. Officers found the baby girl unresponsive and, despite efforts from paramedics, she was pronounced dead at the scene. Seven individuals have been arrested on suspicion of murder and remain in custody as the investigation progresses.
