Elon Musk's xAI sued over alleged child abuse image training

Elon Musk's xAI is facing a lawsuit claiming it used child sex abuse material (CSAM) to train its Grok AI models. A plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, says her childhood abuse images were used, and that Grok also generated new CSAM depicting her. The lawsuit seeks to stop Grok from creating harmful outputs and asks xAI to destroy any stored CSAM.
