Russia to launch "massive strikes" after missile attack kills two in Belgorod

Russia's defense ministry plans to conduct extensive attacks on Ukraine's power grid, reportedly in response to Kyiv's use of drones. A missile attack on Sunday resulted in two fatalities and 16 injuries in Belgorod, a Russian city near the Ukrainian border. According to acting governor Alexander Shuvayev, seven warehouses at a commercial site caught fire due to the assault.
