Restore's Rupert Lowe sparks fury calling Dunblane shooting "one murder"
Restore Britain leader Rupert Lowe drew heavy criticism for characterising the 1996 Dunblane shooting, an event in which 16 children and their teacher died, as "one murder" during an interview with podcaster Joe Rogan. Bereaved families, like Kenny Ross and Jack Crozier, condemned his comments as ignorant and deeply insulting, with politicians also calling them "appalling." Mr Lowe complained his father's pistols were taken away because of stricter gun laws after the massacre.
