Reform UK promises £15,000 tax-free allowance if elected

Reform UK says it will raise the tax-free personal allowance to £15,000 within 100 days of winning the next general election. Robert Jenrick, the party's economic spokesman, will announce the plan at their conference in Birmingham. The tax-free allowance change is projected to result in annual savings of £500 for most taxpayers and exempt 2.9 million individuals from income tax.
