Rafale fighter jet tests two new AI algorithms

French planemaker Dassault Aviation flight-tested two new artificial intelligence algorithms on its Rafale fighter jet on Tuesday. One algorithm was developed by Dassault engineers, and the other in collaboration with Thales's cortAIx, an AI accelerator. These algorithms are now mature enough for future Rafale upgrades, though their specific functions have not been disclosed.
