Putin calls Ukraine's airspace warning "state terrorism"

Zelensky had said on Tuesday that Russian airspace would effectively be closing for civilian aviation due to escalating drone strikes. Putin added that Russia would not negotiate with Ukraine, saying "We don't negotiate with terrorists."
