Prime Minister Andy Burnham rules out early general election

Prime Minister Andy Burnham has ruled out holding an early general election, despite facing what he called "troubled times ahead". He told ITV News that his government won't take risks with people's finances, pensions, or homes. Burnham also said they will try to help with the cost of living.
