Primary schools to identify children at risk of future unemployment

A government review proposes primary schools identify children likely to become NEETs (not in employment, education or training) later in life. Alan Milburn, leading the review, believes early identification is key to tackling Britain's youth worklessness crisis. The review's final report will also suggest welfare reforms and increased support.
