Police arrest man after stabbing at Stanwell Hotel in Staines

A man has been apprehended by police, suspected of attempted murder, following a stabbing incident at the Stanwell Hotel in Staines on Saturday evening. A man in his 30s received hospital treatment for life-threatening injuries after the event, which armed officers attended. A Somali national in his 20s remains in police custody, and officers are not looking for anyone else.
