The US drugmaker Pfizer plans to cut about 330 jobs at its facility in Sicily, Italy, according to labour unions. Talks between Pfizer and Italy's industry ministry did not lead to an agreement on Tuesday. The Pfizer plant in Sicily currently employs 550 people, with additional talks scheduled for November 10.
