PC Andrew Harper's killers face early release, sparking public anger

His family and police are outraged as two of PC Harper's killers are eligible for early release under new government plans. In August 2019, only four weeks after his wedding, PC Harper's body was pulled for over a mile by their car. A petition against their release has over 750,000 signatures.
