Passengers injured in knife attack on train to Huntingdon
Several passengers were stabbed on a train bound for Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire on Saturday evening around 7:39pm. Armed police arrested two men after the train was stopped at Huntingdon station. Multiple victims were taken to hospital following the knife attack. British Transport Police are leading the investigation alongside Cambridgeshire Police. The incident occurred on what is believed to be a London King's Cross to Hull service. Huntingdon station has been closed with all rail lines blocked and major disruption expected to continue until the end of the day.
